  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease the 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Combine the yellow cake mix with the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the entire can of crushed pineapple (with juice) to the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
