Ingredients
- Ground Beef (500 g / 1 lb)
- Salt (1 tsp / 6 g)
- Pepper (1/2 tsp / 2 g)
- Burger Buns (4)
- Condiments and Toppings (as desired)
Instructions
- Form the patties by combining ground beef, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Shape into four equal patties and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat (around 200°C / 400°F).
- Cook the patties on the grill for about 4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).
- Toast the buns cut-side down on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Assemble each burger with a patty on a toasted bun and your choice of toppings.
Notes
Best served hot and juicy. For variations, try cheese-stuffed or spicy jalapeño versions.
