Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 240 to 360 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Notes
