Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 240 to 360 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
