Description

A refreshing twist on the classic mojito, combining fresh strawberries with mint and lime for a revitalizing summer cocktail.


Ingredients

  • 200 g (2 cups) Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1015 Mint Leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) Simple Syrup
  • 300 ml (1¼ cups) Club Soda
  • Crushed or cubed Ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Muddle the sliced strawberries and mint leaves in a highball glass to release juices and oils.
  2. Pour in the freshly squeezed lime juice and simple syrup, stirring gently to combine.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed or cubed ice, leaving some space at the top.
  4. Slowly pour the club soda over the ice and stir gently to mix.
  5. Garnish with extra mint leaves and a slice of strawberry. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Chill glasses before serving for an extra refreshing experience. Adjust sweetness with more simple syrup if desired.
