- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Combine chopped corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Dip each ball in beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the balls until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with additional mustard for dipping.
Notes
