Description

A delicious and easy Bang Bang Chicken Bowl featuring crispy chicken and a spicy sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup bang bang sauce
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Coat the chicken pieces with flour, then dip them in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Place the coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Combine the cooked rice and mixed greens in serving bowls.
  6. Top with crispy chicken and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
