- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup bang bang sauce
- 1 cup mixed greens
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat the chicken pieces with flour, then dip them in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Combine the cooked rice and mixed greens in serving bowls.
- Top with crispy chicken and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
