Description

A delightful blend of crisp asparagus and creamy Asiago cheese that’s perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 450 g fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 100 g Asiago cheese, grated
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the asparagus by trimming the woody ends and rinsing under cold water.
  2. Season the asparagus on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Roast the asparagus in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the grated Asiago cheese on top and return to the oven for 2–3 minutes until melted.
  5. Finish by grating lemon zest over the asparagus before serving.
