- 450 g fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 100 g Asiago cheese, grated
- 30 ml olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Prepare the asparagus by trimming the woody ends and rinsing under cold water.
- Season the asparagus on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Roast the asparagus in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes until tender.
- Add the grated Asiago cheese on top and return to the oven for 2–3 minutes until melted.
- Finish by grating lemon zest over the asparagus before serving.
