Ingredients

- 12 oz cold water or coconut water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Stevia or monk fruit to taste
Instructions
- Stir chia seeds into cold water or coconut water. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon.
- Sweeten with stevia or monk fruit if desired.
- Shake or stir well and serve over ice.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Shake before drinking.
Notes
For a child-friendly version, omit the apple cider vinegar. Adjust sweetness to preference.
