Description

A refreshing, pantry-friendly tonic for hydration, digestion, and gentle appetite control, ready in under 10 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz cold water or coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Stevia or monk fruit to taste

Instructions

  1. Stir chia seeds into cold water or coconut water. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until slightly thickened.
  2. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon.
  3. Sweeten with stevia or monk fruit if desired.
  4. Shake or stir well and serve over ice.
  5. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Shake before drinking.

Notes

For a child-friendly version, omit the apple cider vinegar. Adjust sweetness to preference.
