- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, allowing it to blend with the other ingredients.
- Toss in the chopped kale or spinach, and let it wilt in the hot soup for a few minutes.
- Stir in the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and the soup reaches a velvety consistency.
- Once the soup is heated through and creamy, remove it from the heat and prepare to serve.
