Tender Grilled Chicken Bites served with a rich and creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated chicken bites on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the garlic sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Once the cream is warm, whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Once the chicken is grilled, remove it from the heat and place it in a serving bowl. Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the chicken bites.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for a fresh finish. Serve immediately while hot.
