Delightful Tasty Slow Cooker Christmas Jam for Festive Mornings

- 12 oz Frozen Cranberries (Fresh cranberries can be used as a substitute.)
- 16 oz Frozen Strawberries (Fresh strawberries can be used as a substitute.)
- 2 cups White Sugar
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground Allspice
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
Instructions
- In your slow cooker, mix together the frozen cranberries, frozen strawberries, white sugar, light brown sugar, and all the spices.
- Gently stir until all the fruits are well coated in the sugary mixture.
- Close the slow cooker lid and cook on high for 4 hours. Give it a gentle stir halfway through.
- Once your mixture starts bubbling and softens, carefully blend it with a hand mixer 1-2 times, based on your preferred chunkiness.
- Using a ladle, pour the blended jam into pre-sterilized jars, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Allow the jars to cool to room temperature. Check that the seals are secure before refrigerating overnight.
