Ingredients

  • 12 oz Frozen Cranberries (Fresh cranberries can be used as a substitute.)
  • 16 oz Frozen Strawberries (Fresh strawberries can be used as a substitute.)
  • 2 cups White Sugar
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Allspice
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger

Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, mix together the frozen cranberries, frozen strawberries, white sugar, light brown sugar, and all the spices.
  2. Gently stir until all the fruits are well coated in the sugary mixture.
  3. Close the slow cooker lid and cook on high for 4 hours. Give it a gentle stir halfway through.
  4. Once your mixture starts bubbling and softens, carefully blend it with a hand mixer 1-2 times, based on your preferred chunkiness.
  5. Using a ladle, pour the blended jam into pre-sterilized jars, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Allow the jars to cool to room temperature. Check that the seals are secure before refrigerating overnight.
