Description

Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowballs are delightful no-bake treats that bring a sprinkle of magic to your holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Butter (Softened, unsalted)
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (Use full-fat for best flavor)
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour (Gluten-free alternative can be used)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Confectioners’ Sugar (For dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip softened butter until it’s light and fluffy—about 3 minutes.
  2. Gradually mix in the sweetened condensed milk, beating for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour and baking powder until just incorporated.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to form mounds of dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C) and bake for 12 minutes.
  6. Allow cookies to sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  7. Liberally dust your snowballs with confectioners’ sugar for a snowy finish.
