  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine cranberry sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey. Mix well until fully blended.
