Description
These Strawberry Santas are the cutest no-bake Christmas dessert ever. Fresh strawberries are turned into mini Santas filled with a light, sweet cream cheese mixture. Perfect for kids’ parties, holiday platters, or a quick festive treat.

- 12 large fresh strawberries (uniform size, well-shaped)
- 1 cup whipped cream cheese (reduced-fat or full-fat)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- black decorating icing (for eyes)
- red decorating icing (for nose)
- mini chocolate chips (optional, for eyes/nose)
- powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
- fresh mint leaves (for decoration, optional)
Instructions
- Gently wash and thoroughly dry strawberries with paper towels.
- Cut off the leafy stem to create a flat base. Slice each strawberry about two-thirds of the way up.
- In a small bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and thick.
- Transfer mixture to a piping bag with a star tip or ziplock bag with a snipped corner.
- Place strawberry bases flat-side down on a platter. Pipe a generous swirl of filling on each base about ¾ inch high.
- Place the smaller top section of each strawberry on top of the filling to form the hat.
- Pipe a small dot of cream cheese filling on the tip of each strawberry hat.
- Use black icing for eyes and red icing for the nose, or place mini chocolate chips for eyes and nose.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 hours. Dust with powdered sugar and add mint leaves for decoration.
Notes
- Use uniform strawberries for better presentation.
- Ensure strawberries are dry to prevent the filling from sliding off.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
