Fresh & Flavorful Strawberry Basil Chicken: A Summer Sensation
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped or torn
- Optional: crumbled feta or goat cheese for topping
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
- In a bowl, toss strawberries with balsamic vinegar, honey (if using), and basil. Let sit 5–10 minutes to marinate.
- Slice chicken and spoon strawberry-basil mixture over the top. Add feta or goat cheese if desired and serve immediately.
