- 0.25 teaspoon cumin
- 0.5 cup soy sauce
- 0.33 cup brown sugar
- 0.25 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Score the back of the ribs with diagonal cuts or remove the membrane.
- Mix the dry rub ingredients and rub generously on both sides of the ribs.
- Prepare the baking sheet and lay the ribs meat-side up, then cover with foil.
- Bake the ribs for 2 to 2.5 hours, until tender.

- Remove the foil when the ribs are tender to dry the outer layer.
