- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1–2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold brew concentrate
- 1/4–1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Drizzle of chocolate syrup
- Optional toppings: crushed coffee beans, sliced banana, toasted nuts
Instructions
- Measure oats into a jar. Add chia seeds and brown sugar; mix well.
- Pour cold brew concentrate and milk into the jar, adjusting milk volume for desired coffee strength; mix until well combined.
- Stir or shake the jar until brown sugar dissolves.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir oats and add peanut butter and chocolate syrup. Adjust texture with more milk if needed.
- Top with optional garnishes and enjoy cold or warm.
