Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 12 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold brew concentrate
  • 1/41/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Drizzle of chocolate syrup
  • Optional toppings: crushed coffee beans, sliced banana, toasted nuts

Instructions

  1. Measure oats into a jar. Add chia seeds and brown sugar; mix well.
  2. Pour cold brew concentrate and milk into the jar, adjusting milk volume for desired coffee strength; mix until well combined.
  3. Stir or shake the jar until brown sugar dissolves.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
