- 8 ounces Mushrooms (Clean with a damp towel and slice evenly)

- 3 cloves Garlic (Minced for best flavor)
- 1 tablespoon Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce (Adjust quantity to taste)

Instructions
- Prepare asparagus: Wash the asparagus, snap off the tough ends, and cut into 2-inch pieces.
- Clean mushrooms: Gently clean mushrooms with a damp towel and slice into ¼-inch thick pieces.
- Heat oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Sauté asparagus: Add chopped asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Add mushrooms: Toss in sliced mushrooms and cook until soft and golden brown, about 3 minutes.
- Cook garlic: Push veggies aside, add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Combine and season: Fold ingredients together, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Serve hot: Enjoy immediately while hot, possibly drizzled with fresh lemon juice.
