  • 8 ounces Mushrooms (Clean with a damp towel and slice evenly)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (High-quality for the best flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (Can be substituted with vegan butter)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced for best flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce (Adjust quantity to taste)
  • to taste Salt (Adjust based on soy sauce’s saltiness)
  • to taste Pepper (Essential seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Prepare asparagus: Wash the asparagus, snap off the tough ends, and cut into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Clean mushrooms: Gently clean mushrooms with a damp towel and slice into ¼-inch thick pieces.
  3. Heat oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  4. Sauté asparagus: Add chopped asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Add mushrooms: Toss in sliced mushrooms and cook until soft and golden brown, about 3 minutes.
  6. Cook garlic: Push veggies aside, add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
