Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat, adding enough oil to coat the bottom.
- Sear the pork chops in the hot skillet for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and repeat.
- Reduce the heat to medium, add soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, cooking until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Optional: Garnish with chopped green onions.
