- 2 cups Cooked Rice (Seasoned with sushi vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon Furikake (Optional but recommended)
- 1 cup Cooked Salmon (Fully cooked for safety)
- 1 cup Imitation Crab (Can substitute with real crab)
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese (Adjust to taste)
- 3 tablespoons Japanese Kewpie Mayo (Can substitute with regular mayo)
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (Adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha Mayo
- 2 tablespoons Unagi Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 2 tablespoons Green Onions (Finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Cucumber (Thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the imitation crab, cooked salmon, cream cheese, sriracha, and Japanese mayo.
- In another bowl, blend the cooked rice with sushi vinegar and press this into a 20×25 cm (8×10 inch) baking dish.
- Sprinkle furikake over the rice.
- Evenly distribute the crab and salmon mixture on top of the furikake layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with sriracha mayo, unagi sauce, sesame seeds, green onions, cucumber, avocado, and jalapeño.
