Instructions
- Toast the sourdough slices until golden and slightly crisp.
- Whip ricotta in a bowl with a fork until smooth and creamy; add a pinch of salt.
- Spread a generous layer of whipped ricotta on each toasted slice.
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes in a single layer on top of the ricotta.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning, followed by salt and pepper, to taste.
- Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
