  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: In a stand mixer bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add wet ingredients: Attach the dough hook and mix in the eggs and milk until it comes together.
  3. Incorporate butter: Gradually add the salt and butter, one tablespoon at a time.
  4. Knead the dough: Increase the mixer speed to medium and knead for about 10 minutes.
  5. Refrigerate overnight: Lightly oil a bowl, place the dough inside, and cover it.
  6. Make the filling: Mix the filling ingredients and fold in the chopped pecans.
  7. Prepare your pan: Grease the pan and line it with parchment paper.
