Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Freeze for 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, scoop and serve in bowls.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt and use vegan protein powder.
