This Peach Sorbet recipe is a refreshing and fruity summer treat made from fresh ripe peaches blended with sugar, lemon juice, and water.
Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional, for added sweetness)
Instructions
- Peel, pit, and slice the fresh ripe peaches.
- In a blender, add the sliced peaches, sugar, fresh lemon juice, and water.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the blended mixture and add honey if desired.
- Pour the peach mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container and cover tightly with plastic wrap.
- Freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes during the first 2 hours.
- Scoop the sorbet into bowls and garnish with fresh peach slices.
