Description

These easy to make party sausages can be made with one of three glazes. So simple, so tasty.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Beef chipolata sausages
  • For the Sticky BBQ Sausages:
    • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
    • 1 tbsp brown fruity sauce
    • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • For the Honey and Mustard Sausages:
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • For the Chilli Soy and Sesame Sausages:
    • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • Sesame seeds, to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190℃ (180℃ fan)/375°F/gas mark 5.
  2. Divide each chipolata sausage into two by pinching and twisting into smaller links and snipping apart with scissors. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake the sausages for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the glazes.
