Ingredients

- 4 medium-sized carrots (spiralized)
- 2–3 cloves minced garlic
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.25 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Spiralize the carrots using a spiralizer.
- Toss the carrot spirals with minced garlic, onion powder, Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the mixture on a baking pan, optionally spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender and crisp.
- Garnish with extra Parmesan before serving.
