Description

This Non-Alcoholic White Christmas Mojito is a refreshing and festive mocktail made with mint, lime, and coconut water.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1–2 teaspoons simple syrup (or to taste)
  • 8–10 fresh mint leaves
  • Crushed ice
  • Lime wedges and fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Optional: A splash of club soda or sparkling water for extra fizz
  • Optional: Fresh cranberries for color and a holiday vibe

Instructions

  1. In your glass, add fresh mint leaves and lime juice. Use a muddler (or the back of a spoon) to gently muddle the mint leaves, releasing their oils.
  2. Pour in coconut water, and give it a quick stir to mix the mint and lime juice.
  3. Add simple syrup to taste, and stir until it dissolves completely.
  4. Fill the glass with crushed ice or large ice cubes, depending on your preference.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge, fresh mint leaves, and a few cranberries if desired. For a bit of fizz, top with a splash of sparkling water or club soda.
