Description

Irresistible no-bake gingerbread cheesecake cups that are creamy, festive, and effortless to prepare — perfect for any holiday gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Crushed gingerbread cookies for topping
  • Dollop of whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and molasses, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In serving cups, layer graham cracker crumbs, then the gingerbread cheesecake mixture.
  6. Repeat layers until cups are filled.
  7. Top with crushed gingerbread cookies and a dollop of whipped cream.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
