- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Chocolate for ganache
- Cranberries and edible pearls for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare muffin pan or silicone molds.
- Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and pinch of cinnamon until sandy. Pack into molds and bake for 6-8 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream, sugar, and eggs until combined.
- Spoon filling into molds, bake for 18-22 minutes, until centers are jiggly.
- Cool to room temperature, then chill for at least 3 hours.
- Prepare ganache by heating cream and pouring over chocolate; stir until smooth and cool.
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Pipe cream into tree shapes.
- Garnish with cranberries, pearls, and dust with powdered sugar. Serve chilled.
Notes
For best results, use room-temperature ingredients and ensure all tools are chilled when whipping cream.
