Description

Delightful mini cheesecakes shaped like Christmas trees, perfect for festive gatherings and easy to customize.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Chocolate for ganache
  • Cranberries and edible pearls for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare muffin pan or silicone molds.
  2. Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and pinch of cinnamon until sandy. Pack into molds and bake for 6-8 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream, sugar, and eggs until combined.
  4. Spoon filling into molds, bake for 18-22 minutes, until centers are jiggly.
  5. Cool to room temperature, then chill for at least 3 hours.
  6. Prepare ganache by heating cream and pouring over chocolate; stir until smooth and cool.
  7. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Pipe cream into tree shapes.
  8. Garnish with cranberries, pearls, and dust with powdered sugar. Serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, use room-temperature ingredients and ensure all tools are chilled when whipping cream.
