Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, ketchup, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread additional ketchup on top for glaze.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans for a complete meal.
