Description

A hearty and flavorful classic meatloaf, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, ketchup, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Spread additional ketchup on top for glaze.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes
