Mango Jalapeño Hummus is a vibrant twist on classic hummus, blending creamy chickpeas with sweet, juicy mango and a gentle kick of jalapeño.
Ingredients

- 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1–2 tablespoons jalapeño, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt, to taste
- 3–5 tablespoons cold water, as needed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for serving
Instructions
- Add chickpeas, mango, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, jalapeño, cumin, and salt to a food processor. Blend until mostly smooth.
- With the processor running, slowly add cold water and olive oil until creamy and smooth.
- Adjust seasoning with more lemon juice, jalapeño, or salt as desired.
- Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish if desired.
