  • 1 lb beef chuck roast, cut into cubes
  • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 4 sturdy bread bowls (sourdough or Italian)

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and bell pepper; mince the garlic.

  3. Add beef cubes to the pot; brown slightly before pouring in the beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
