- 1/2 cup Honey (Any variety, even slightly crystallized.)
- 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil (Can substitute with canola or sunflower oil.)
Instructions
- Line a small baking sheet or tray with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a heavy-bottomed skillet, combine honey and avocado oil. Cook on medium-low heat, stirring often, until bubbly and slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the walnuts to the skillet and stir gently to coat them evenly with the honey glaze. Continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally until glossy.
- Transfer walnuts to the prepared tray, spreading them out in a single layer. Allow to cool completely until they harden.
