Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you’re using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the Ricotta: Evenly spread the ricotta cheese over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Add Chicken: Scatter the cooked chicken over the ricotta layer.
- Top with Veggies: Add the sliced red onions and bell peppers on top of the chicken layer.
- Sprinkle Cheese: Generously sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the entire pizza.
- Season: Drizzle the honey over the cheese and toppings. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes if using, along with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake: Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or pizza stone) and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
