Homemade Kit Kat Bar Recipe That’s Healthy and Delicious


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blanched almond flour (Gluten-free flour)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut sugar (Healthier sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp Ground flax (Adds fiber)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (Enhances flavor)
  • 1/3 cup Melted coconut oil (Adds moisture)
  • 2 tbsp Water (Helps bind ingredients)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (Enhances flavor)
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate (For coating)
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter (Provides creamy filling)
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate (For dipping and drizzling)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil (For coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl: almond flour, coconut sugar, ground flax, and salt.
  3. Mix in the wet ingredients: melted coconut oil, water, and vanilla extract.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about â…› inch thick.
  5. Cut the cookies into rectangles measuring 3.5″ x 0.75″.
  6. Transfer the parchment paper with the cookie shapes onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl and stir in the peanut butter.
  10. Assemble the cookie layers by placing fudge between two cookie halves.
  11. Melt the additional dark chocolate with coconut oil.
  12. Dip each cookie into the melted chocolate one at a time.
  13. Drizzle any remaining chocolate over the top of the cookies.
