Homemade Kit Kat Bar Recipe That’s Healthy and Delicious

- 1 tbsp Ground flax (Adds fiber)

- 2 tbsp Water (Helps bind ingredients)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract (Enhances flavor)
- 1 cup Dark chocolate (For coating)
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter (Provides creamy filling)
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate (For dipping and drizzling)
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil (For coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl: almond flour, coconut sugar, ground flax, and salt.
- Mix in the wet ingredients: melted coconut oil, water, and vanilla extract.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about â…› inch thick.
- Cut the cookies into rectangles measuring 3.5″ x 0.75″.
- Transfer the parchment paper with the cookie shapes onto a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl and stir in the peanut butter.
- Assemble the cookie layers by placing fudge between two cookie halves.
- Melt the additional dark chocolate with coconut oil.
- Dip each cookie into the melted chocolate one at a time.
- Drizzle any remaining chocolate over the top of the cookies.
