Description

Delicious, quick and easy garlic prawns sautéed in butter for a flavorful main course.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in chili flakes, and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the prawns, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier flavor, increase the quantity of chili flakes.
