Delicious, quick and easy garlic prawns sautéed in butter for a flavorful main course.
Ingredients

- 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in chili flakes, and cook for another minute.
- Add the prawns, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier flavor, increase the quantity of chili flakes.
