- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to combine.
