Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat all the shrimp evenly.
  3. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the shrimp in a single layer.
  4. Generously sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the shrimp for about 8-10 minutes or until they are pink and opaque.
  6. Once done, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh shrimp instead of frozen. If using frozen, thaw them overnight in the refrigerator.
