- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat all the shrimp evenly.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the shrimp in a single layer.
- Generously sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the shrimp for about 8-10 minutes or until they are pink and opaque.
- Once done, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh shrimp instead of frozen. If using frozen, thaw them overnight in the refrigerator.
- Pair with a green salad or creamy risotto.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
