- 12 oz white almond bark or white melting chocolate

Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and shape into egg forms. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate or freeze for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Divide and color with food coloring.
- Dip chilled truffles into melted chocolate, return to parchment, and decorate immediately with sprinkles.
- Allow coating to fully harden before serving or packaging.
