Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) if baking.
- Wash the cucumbers and slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Place the cucumber slices on a clean kitchen towel or paper towel and pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, olive oil, and salt. Add paprika or cayenne if you prefer a spicy kick.
- Toss the cucumber slices in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
