Instructions

  1. Wash the kale thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the kale and massage gently until well-coated without sogginess.
  3. Sprinkle salt and any optional seasonings evenly over the kale, tossing to combine.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the kale in a single layer in the basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
