Instructions
- Wash the kale thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- Drizzle olive oil over the kale and massage gently until well-coated without sogginess.
- Sprinkle salt and any optional seasonings evenly over the kale, tossing to combine.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the kale in a single layer in the basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway through to promote even cooking. Watch closely to avoid burning.
- Once crispy, transfer to a bowl and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
