Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the crumbled feta cheese until combined.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat.
