Description

Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 50g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they are pink.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
