- 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 200ml heavy cream
- 50g parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they are pink.
- Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can include red pepper flakes or lemon zest in the sauce.
