- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, and beaten egg.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to form a dough.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough using a rolling pin.
- Cut out bat shapes using a bat-shaped cookie cutter.
- Place the bat shapes on a baking sheet, spaced evenly.
- Brush the tops of the bat bites with melted butter.
- Sprinkle generously with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
