- 1 cup Milk (Any type: whole, skim, or non-dairy.)
- 1 cup Cheese (Shredded; mix varieties like cheddar or mozzarella.)
- 1 cup Bell Peppers (Any color, chopped.)
- 1 cup Spinach (Wilt briefly before adding.)
- 1 medium Onion (Sautéed for best flavor.)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown your favorite sausage, breaking it into small pieces, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
- Fold the cooked sausage, optional veggies, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder into the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
