  • 1 cup Milk (Any type: whole, skim, or non-dairy.)
  • 1 cup Cheese (Shredded; mix varieties like cheddar or mozzarella.)
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (Any color, chopped.)
  • 1 cup Spinach (Wilt briefly before adding.)
  • 1 medium Onion (Sautéed for best flavor.)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown your favorite sausage, breaking it into small pieces, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Fold the cooked sausage, optional veggies, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder into the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
