Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or thinly sliced
- 4 cups napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, julienned or shredded
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds or toasted sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
Instructions
- Cook chicken if needed, then shred or slice thinly.
- Combine cabbage, carrots, scallions, cilantro, and chicken in a large bowl.
- Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic until smooth.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently until evenly coated.
- Top with almonds or sesame seeds and serve.
