  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons light olive oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together glutinous rice flour and salt in a mixing bowl until combined, ensuring there are no lumps.
  3. Combine whole milk and light olive oil into the mixture, stirring until it resembles coarse pebbles.
  4. Beat the egg and pour it into the mixture, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
  5. Fold in the grated Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses along with the chopped green onions.
  6. Dust a clean work surface with glutinous rice flour and shape the dough into a round disc.
  7. Cut the disc into 8 equal wedges and round each into a ball.
  8. Place the dough balls on the baking sheet, leaving space between each, and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  9. Cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving warm.
