Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold the diced apples and dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Spread half the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter.
- Top with the remaining batter and drizzle the rest of the caramel sauce. Swirl gently with a knife.
