Description

These no-bake Butterfinger Peanut Butter Balls are a delightful combination of creamy peanut butter, crunchy Butterfinger candy, and rich chocolate. They are quick, easy, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, sifted powdered sugar, and crushed Butterfinger candy. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
  2. Scoop about 1 inch of the mixture and roll between your palms to form balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.
  4. While chilling, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  5. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick, allowing excess to drip off. Place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Chill again for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate coating is completely hardened.
  7. Serve your delicious Butterfinger Peanut Butter Balls.
