These no-bake Butterfinger Peanut Butter Balls are a delightful combination of creamy peanut butter, crunchy Butterfinger candy, and rich chocolate. They are quick, easy, and perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, sifted powdered sugar, and crushed Butterfinger candy. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
- Scoop about 1 inch of the mixture and roll between your palms to form balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.
- While chilling, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick, allowing excess to drip off. Place back on the baking sheet.
- Chill again for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate coating is completely hardened.

Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Can be frozen for up to three months.
- Almond butter or sunflower seed butter can be substituted for peanut butter.
