  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until it’s browned and no longer pink, approximately 7-10 minutes. Make sure to break it apart with a spatula for even cooking. Once done, drain any excess fat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, bacon bits, and buffalo sauce. Stir well until everything is coated in the sauce.
  3. Add the buffalo chicken mixture to the skillet with the cooked beef. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Once the beef and chicken mixture is hot, transfer it to a baking dish. Top generously with the shredded mozzarella cheese, spreading it evenly over the mixture.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
